Ruben Rivera serves as the Director of Arborist Operations at Family Tree Care, a leading tree care company based in Asheville, North Carolina. With over 15 years of experience in the arboriculture industry, Ruben is a certified arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), bringing extensive expertise in tree health, safety, and sustainable management practices.

In his role at Family Tree Care, Ruben oversees the company’s arborist team, managing tree health assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and the development of long-term forest and landscape management plans. He is deeply committed to ensuring that all operations adhere to scientifically backed, ethical, and environmentally responsible practices. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Ruben relocated to Asheville with his family to join Family Tree Care.
